History

2025: Nationalization

On December 19, 2025, it became known that MK NAKFF LLC (NAKFF Medical Clinic), NAKFF Institute of Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical Expertise LLC and NAKFF LLC (National Agency for Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacy) became the property of the Federal Property Management Agency. These nationalized companies previously belonged to the family of Margarita Labanok, the sister of ex-banker Alexei Khotin.

Medical clinic "NAKFF" was founded in 2007. This is a full-cycle cluster combining its own laboratory, modern diagnostic equipment, a round-the-clock hospital, the latest generation operating unit and an intensive care unit. The medical institution, as noted on its website, uses modern diagnostic methods and international treatment protocols with an individual approach to each patient. The clinic offers services in such areas as chemotherapy, oncogynecology, oncourology, oncosurgery, neurosurgery, general surgery, traumatology, MRI, CT, etc.

Clinic and Institute "NAKFF" nationalized

The AK&M news agency reports that in September 2025, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow seized 100% of its shares in MK NAKFF LLC, NAKFF Institute for Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical Expertise LLC and NAKFF LLC. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as of December 19, 2025, the founder of these organizations is the Russian Federation, and the founder's rights are exercised by the Federal Property Management Agency.

The newspaper Kommersant previously reported that investigators MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS Russia completed an investigation into the criminal case of embezzlement of 60 billion rubles by an organized criminal community (OPS), which, according to the case file, was led by the former owner of Ugra Bank Alexei Khotin. According to the prosecution, members of the OPS stole the assets of the Rus-Oil company controlled by Khotin[1]
