2025: Gazprombank bought Art Plaza

In early December 2025, it became known that Gazprombank bought the Art Plaza business center on Luzhnetskaya Embankment in Moscow. The seller was the Russian Energy group; information on the value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Art Plaza is a class B + office center with a total area of ​ ​ 15.37 thousand square meters. This is a seven-story building with a basement floor, where parking is located, utility rooms for storage, as well as its own dining room. Ventilation, air conditioning, video surveillance, fire safety and security systems are provided.

The facility was erected in the prestigious Khamovniki district, next to the Sparrow Mountains and the Luzhniki Stadium. Nearby are Komsomolsky Prospekt, Kosygin Street, Frunzenskaya Embankment and the third transport ring. The center is located next to sports complexes, parks, restaurants, elite residential complexes and prestigious educational institutions.

In March 2024, it was reported that the Russian Energy group bought the Art-Plaza business center at the auction from BM-Bank, which is part of the VTB Group. The initial auction price was 2.065 billion rubles. At the same time, the volume of investments in the construction of the BC amounted to 4 billion rubles, indicated on the website of the real estate agency Aeon City Estate.[1]
