History

2017: Opening of RTK Soft Labs

On April 4, 2017, the RTK Soft Labs project, a subsidiary of the RT Labs Group of Companies, received the approval of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Supervisory Board, which was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The opening of the office of RTK Soft Labs, a subsidiary of RT Labs, took place in May 2017 at the Innopolis SEZ. The event was attended by Nikolai Nikiforov, Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, Roman Shaikhutdinov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, Igor Nosov, General Director of JSC SEZ Innopolis, Ruslan Shagaleev, Mayor of Innopolis and Mikhail Oseevsky, President of PJSC Rostelecom.

On the basis of RTK Soft Labs, a Competence Center has been created for technological design, development, operation and technical support of innovative information systems and digital services in the fields of education, medicine, housing and communal services, transport, banking, as well as for the development of state electronic services at the regional and federal levels.

The center is organized to optimize financial costs for research and development activities, as well as to create a stable and controlled infrastructure environment for the development of innovative products based on open technologies.

RTK Soft Labs acts as a center for the development and operation of the mobile application of the Unified Portal of Public services (gosuslugi.ru), the Unified Service Platform (ESP), including the Intelligent Departmental Platform (IVP), the Regulation Execution System (SID), the Regional Medical Information System (RMIS), and the TSAMI-TV and Radio solutions.

Innopolis will also carry out work on the development, refinement and technical support of the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA), the Unified System of Interdepartmental Interaction (CMEV), portal solutions and electronic forms of services for state authorities and local governments, as well as auxiliary information systems.

The competencies for the further development of the National Biometric Platform (NBP), which is designed to carry out legally significant operations and provide government services using biometric technologies, as well as the Roaming Center for Electronic Document Management (RC EDO) of Rostelecom, the trusted Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and the technological infrastructure of the Fiscal Data Operator (OFD), will also be concentrated here.

The volume of investments in the project over 5 years will exceed 140 million rubles, the cost of research and development (R&D) will amount to about 90% of this amount.

RTK Soft Labs employs IT specialists from all over the country, including from remote regions. Employees are offered an expanded social package, benefits and motivational programs. A national recruitment campaign called "Federal Projects - Federal Team!" launched in May.
