Rostec donated 100% of the shares of the Feodosia shipyard Mora to the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC). The corresponding agreement was concluded on March 14, 2022, the market value of the transferred shares is estimated at 432 million rubles.

According to Rakhmanov, the future of the Mora plant is promising areas of composite and aluminum shipbuilding. In addition, the plant can receive part of the orders through the GOZ, primarily in terms of ships and vessels of the 3rd and 4th ranks, he added.

USC reported that "they plan to load the plant with military orders that are suitable for this site - that is, we are talking about ships and ships of the third and fourth rank" with a trigger weight of 1-1.5 thousand tons. There are prospects for the development of composite shipbuilding, especially given the presence of such an interesting asset in Feodosia enterprises as the Sudokomposit design and technological bureau, concluded in the corporation.

The head of Infoline Analytics, Mikhail Burmistrov, notes that given the specifics of the production capacities of the enterprise, the high level of competition and the presence of sanctions, Moroe is very difficult to exist on its own.
