2025: Building a Company
On May 30, 2025, Sber Tech registered a new company, LLC Supertech, to develop software and develop tools for digital products. This became known on June 4, 2025.
According to Kommersant, the new structure is registered on the territory of the Krasnodar Territory in Sirius. The share of Sber Tech in the authorized capital of the company is 98%, the remaining 2% belongs to T-360 LLC. Representatives of Sber Tech explained that the company was created to develop high-tech software.
Sber Tech JSC is an IT division of Sberbank, separated into an independent company in 2011. The main activity of the structure is software development. Before the creation of Supertech, the company had no subsidiaries.
T-360 LLC was registered in March 2022 and specializes in software development. The company belongs to Digital Assets LLC, which manages financial and industrial complexes.
Leonid Delitsyn, an analyst at the Finam financial group, noted that the company's registration in the federal territory of Sirius indicates the creation of tools for the digital transformation of public administration and the education system. He believes that investments in the project could range from ₽300 million and above, and a team of 20-30 people, including Sirius employees and students, will work on it.
The expert stressed that Sber Tech is one of the largest IT companies in the country. The creation of a new division is taking place against the backdrop of growing demand for domestic IT solutions and should strengthen the position of the Sber technology division in the market of products for banks.[1]
