Interregional Department of the Federal Test Chamber for the Central Federal District

Interregional Administration of the Federal Test Chamber for the Central Federal District (MRU of the Test Chamber of Russia in the Central Federal District) is the territorial body of the Federal Test Chamber, which exercises the powers assigned to it in cooperation with other territorial bodies of the Federal Test Chamber, territorial bodies of federal executive bodies in the federal district, executive authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments, public associations, organizations and citizens in the federal district. The territorial body exercises test supervision, state control when importing into the Russian Federation from states that are not part of the Eurasian Economic Union, and exporting from the Russian Federation to states that are not part of the Eurasian Economic Union, precious metals and raw materials containing precious metals, as well as state control (supervision) over the execution by organizations and individual entrepreneurs who purchase, buy and sell precious metals and precious stones, jewelry from them and scrap such products, with the exception of religious organizations, museums and organizations using precious metals, their chemical compounds, precious stones for medical, research purposes or as part of tools, devices, equipment and products for industrial and technical purposes, legislation of the Russian Federation on countering legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism^[1].

2022: List of served subjects of the Russian Federation

According to the data for 2022, the list of subjects of the Russian Federation served by the MRU of the Test Chamber of Russia in the Central Federal District is as follows:

• Kaluga region;

• Lipetsk region;

• city of federal significance Moscow.

2019: Reorganization

By decree of the President of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2019 No. 529^[2], the Federal Service, ^[2] Federal Test Chamber, was formed at the Russian State Test Chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. By order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, it was established that the territorial bodies of the Federal Test Chamber are formed within the boundaries of the relevant federal districts. On the basis of the State Inspection of Test Supervision in Moscow and the Moscow Region (GIPN in Moscow and the Moscow Region), the Interregional Department of the Federal Test Chamber for the Central Federal District was formed.
