2025: "Digital maturity" of the Vladimir region grew by 49.5% in 4 years
The level of "digital maturity" of the Vladimir region has grown over the past four years by 49.5%: from 31.9% in 2020 to 81.4% in 2024. This was reported on January 22, 2025 in the press service of the State Duma deputy RFAnton Nemkin with reference to the Telegram channel of the Governor of the Vladimir Region Alexander Avdeev.
Thanks to participation in the implementation of the national program "Digital Economy," we stepped from 31.9% of maturity in 2020 to 81.4% - in 2024. According to the governor, the Vladimir region managed to exceed the planned value of the indicator "digital maturity" by 15.5%.
As part of the implementation of the Digital Economy national project in the region, 648 socially significant objects received access to the Internet, including 301 feldsher-midwife stations. In addition, 54 base stations of cellular communication were built, which provided the fourth generation high-speed mobile Internet with 12 thousand residents of the region. In another 133 sparsely populated rural areas, Wi-Fi network access points were installed, which made it possible to provide another 43 thousand residents of the region with Internet access.
The governor also noted that during the implementation of the project, all mass socially significant services were transferred into electronic form, including the services of "appointment with a doctor," "issuance of a passport" and "issuance of a driver's license."
According to the regional coordinator of the Digital Russia party project in the Vladimir region, the general director of the Elros IT company Maxim Bayrak, the Vladimir region is one of the regions of leaders in digitalization in the Central Federal District (CFD). He noted that over the years, it was possible to build competent work on the digitalization of regional departments.

2022: How the digital transformation went
In May 2023, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Vladimirskaya Region, Alexander Belousov, spoke about how the digital transformation in the region took place in 2022.
The digital transformation strategy was approved, which includes 11 priority industries for the region: public administration; education and, science transport and logistics,, health care development of the urban environment, social sphere, industry, construction, personnel support of the digital economy, culture, security. A total of 46 digital transformation projects will be implemented.
