Biography

Alexander Belousov was born on January 15, 1987.

2023: Minister of Digital Development of Vladimir Region

The Ministry of Digital Development of the Vladimir Region was formed in January 2023 on the basis of the regional Department of Digital Development and is its successor. The agency carries out the functions of developing and implementing a unified state policy in the region in the field of digital development, ICT, communications, information security and technical information protection.

The first deputy governor of the region, who oversees industrial and economic policy issues, oversees and coordinates the activities of the ministry.
