2025: Company Creation, New IVA Product Development

As TAdviser discovered in early September 2025, a new company, Aimale, appeared in the IVA Technologies circuit. Its key founder with a share of 60% in the authorized capital is PJSC IVA. Other co-owners are individuals. One of them is businessman Andrei Zokin, a former top manager of Gazprombank, who now owns fishing, mining and machine-building companies in addition to a stake in PJSC IVA. In addition, in 2024, the Finnish company Fortrent Oy, which offers construction equipment for rent, sold to Andrei Zokin its eponymous enterprise, Fortrent, in St. Petersburg^[1]He owns a 15% stake in Aimale.

Another co-owner of Aimale is Vladislav Radchenko, Andrei Zokin's business partner at Fortrent. He received a 10% stake in Aimale. And the third co-founder-individual, owner of 15% in the authorized capital of the new company is Stanislav Iodkovsky, general director and shareholder of PJSC IVA.

Aimale specializes in the development of "new generation postal and calendar platforms": creates intelligent solutions for corporate correspondence, schedule management and collaboration, announced on its newly created website. The flagship product is IVA Mail. The company also provides warranty service and support.

As TAdviser explained in IVA Technologies, IVA Mail includes both the standard functionality of corporate e-mail, corporate calendar, as well as the delegation necessary for business, common boxes, server rules for automatic mail processing, integration with directory services and other tools. At the same time, new features are planned for implementation in 2025 - support for Kerberos, ActiveSync protocol, distributed clustering, improved archiving procedures, as well as the introduction of intelligent planning assistants and advanced security tools.

IVA Mail allows up to 10 thousand users to work on a single server and up to tens of millions of users in a cluster. The system supports local installation, cloud and hybrid deployment.

I must say that IVA Mail enters the market, where other Russian products for the corporate sector with similar functionality are already presented, including from SBK, the developer of CommuniGate Pro, and MyOffice. The development of such domestic solutions has significantly intensified after the departure of foreign alternatives from Russia in 2022.

IVA Technologies believes that although there are many solutions for the personal and small business segment on the market, the market for corporate mail and calendar platforms in Russia is still not mature enough, and that is why many companies still use foreign solutions such as Microsoft Exchange. However, the end of Microsoft support and regular updates, as well as frequent incidents with vulnerabilities, make this addiction increasingly risky.

IVA Technologies offers a full-fledged ecosystem of communications - messenger, video conferencing, telephony, etc. The logical step was to supplement it with its own postal solution. IVA Mail is an organic part of this ecosystem, closely integrated with other key products of the company. The solution can be implemented as a standalone product, providing full functionality with mail and calendars, as well as as part of the IVA One platform, combining all communication services of the company - from video conferencing to messaging - in one application, the developers say.

The development of IVA Mail took two years. During this period, the R&D team was almost doubled, attracting strong developers and experts from the market on a competitive basis. As of the beginning of September 2025, the IVA Mail mail service is ready to enter the market, sales will begin this year, TAdviser was specified in IVA Technologies.
