2022: Approval of the Bureau

Deputy Chairman Dmitry Chernyshenko held the first meeting of the Commission on Scientific and Technological Development in 2022 in a videoconference mode. It was created by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This became known on February 7, 2022.

On behalf of the President, a new state program for scientific and technological development was developed and approved. The annual volume of the financings program amounted to about 1.2 trillion rubles. For its administration, a new management architecture was formed, including the Commission for Scientific and Technological Development. The Deputy Prime Minister noted that the scientific and technical programs of the full innovation cycle are an important mechanism for achieving the results of the state program of scientific and technological development of Russia.

There are already a number of developers interested in the implementation of such projects. It is important for us that the whole process, from the creation of a product to its launch and launch, is seamless. To do this, changes have been made to the algorithm for the development and implementation of such projects. They are under coordination in the relevant departments.
