2024: Revenue growth by 5 times to 1.8 billion rubles

As TAdviser found out in early September 2025, the developer of IT solutions for Sber Business Software companies recorded revenue of 1.8 billion rubles in 2024. This is almost five times more than in the previous year, when the figure was 383.35 million rubles.

The cost of sales on an annualized basis jumped from 173.99 million rubles to 774.06 million rubles. Management expenses more than quadrupled - from 111.61 million rubles to 476.16 million rubles. Revenues from sales of products, goods, works and services increased from 468.94 million rubles in 2022 to 1.9 billion rubles in 2023. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials and work rose from 142.68 million rubles to 510.48 million rubles. The costs in connection with the remuneration of employees amounted to 964.33 million rubles against 199.66 million rubles in 2022.

In 2023, Sberbank Business Software received 1.03 billion rubles in gross profit. For comparison, a year earlier this figure was 209.36 million rubles. Profit from sales increased from 97.76 million rubles to 553.83 million rubles. At the same time, net profit soared from 98.69 million rubles to 530.17 million rubles.

Sber Business Software specializes in the development of IT and AI solutions for automating business processes, developing sales and client service. The company's products include SberTarget - marketing tools for attracting customers and sales growth, as well as SberCRM (CRM system) - a business process automation platform that helps you work with your customer base, collect leads, track customer and employee actions and automate routine operations.
