As part of the Green Crab service, users can rent short-term electric vehicles. According to the Kommersant newspaper, referring to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Vadim Shvetsov's Serenity Invest LLC left the list of participants in RusHydro Car Sharing LLC. Now this company is 100% owned by RusHydro through JSC Hydroinvest. Until May 2023, the company bore the name "RusGidrovais" - under it at the end of 2021 a joint venture "Sollers Group" was created (renamed "Serenity Invest") and a subsidiary of "RusHydro" - JSC "Hydroinvest." The Green Crab project started in 2022, and at the same time Shvetsov left the automotive business, selling a controlling stake in Sollers Auto (76.7%) to Alter Invest.

It was assumed that as part of the Green Crab service, Sollers would connect telematics, and RusHydro would develop a network of charging stations. After Shvetsov leaves the RusHydro project, he will continue to support him on his own. Kommersant clarifies that consolidation will not affect plans for the construction of charging points. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

2022: Purchase of 95 Russian Evolute electric vehicles for 300 million rubles
