2025: Rusnano received 70% of Acrylan

On November 17, 2025, in the Vladimir region, the arbitration court decided to return to the state company Rusnano a share of 69.93% in the capital of the Vladimir chemical enterprise Acrylan. The defendant in the case was VladAcryl LLC, which is obliged to return the disputed stake. The court's decision is immediately enforceable.

According to Interfax, the basis for the trial was the deal to sell Rusnano's stake to VladAcryl in April 2020. This deal was challenged by the prosecutor's office of the Vladimir region, filing a lawsuit to invalidate it in defense of the rights and interests of Rusnano. The Arbitration Court satisfied the claims of the prosecutor's office, recognizing the sale and purchase agreement of April 29, 2020 as invalid.

Separate claims were filed by Trimdon Management Ltd., which owns 11.5% of Acrylan. The demands of this company on the obligation of Rusnano to sell the controversial share to it were dismissed by the court, Interfax reports.

By November 2025, a criminal case was being investigated, initiated on the fact of the sale of Rusnano's stake at a deliberately underestimated value. According to the company, the return of the enterprise to the group's portfolio will strengthen technological chains in the priority direction of low-tonnage and medium-tonnage chemistry. According to Yevgeny Frolov, Director-at-Large of Rusnano JSC, this court case is part of a systematic work to restore capital, rights and reputation of a state-owned company.

Frolov also noted that Rusnano is open to the peaceful settlement of disputes of any complexity in a pre-trial manner. He stressed that after the restoration of assets in the company's portfolio, it is planned to integrate them into industrial chains important for the country.[1]
