Ariant agricultural firm

Ariant Agricultural Firm LLC is vertically integrated agro-industrial holding. It is organized in 2013. The agricultural firm is a part of Ariant company, one of the largest agro-industrial holdings of Russia.

For 2016 the enterprise releases more than 300 types of meat, sausage and delicious products. The uniqueness of holding consists in the principle of the closed production cycle: from formation of own source of raw materials before sale of finished meat goods in network of brand stores. It allows the company to control strictly each production phase — from a field to a counter — and to create independent price policy.

Assets

Pride of agroholding is Factory of a meat gastronomy "Ariant" opened in July, 2014. In its basis for blueprint stage, performed by the Austrian company BERTSCHlaska and domestic Rusagroimport, the principle of the maximum technological effectiveness and competitive advantages was underlain. Therefore the basis of both a production line, and auxiliary structures was made by the equipment of world leading manufacturers: KOTA, BEGARAT, SIMEM, Caterpillar and others. Know-how were applied at all stages of construction of a complex. The overworking premium class units, environmentally friendly raw materials, the best recipes of a product, the most modern technologies of the world. All this allowed products under the Ariant brand successfully to compete with the European products and to enter the world markets of sale. Experts recognize, there are no enterprises with such technology level in Russia for 2017.

Except actually production, on the area of 15 thousand sq.m the logistic center, premises for a boning, effective treatment facilities and own power unit was located.

Own assets allow to hold the leading positions in the market to holding (for March, 2017):

• acreage (82,000 Hectares) on which grow up the grain crops which are most adapted for the Ural climate;
• plants on production and processing of compound feeds;
• breeding farm (loud-speaker) for reproduction of the main herd of animals;
• livestock complex;
• enterprises for processing of meat and production of meat delicacies (more than 50 thousand tons per year);
• own vehicle fleet equipped with refrigeration units with temperature condition from +3 +5 °C allowing to save all tastes and biological value of products during delivery;
• corporate retail chain stores in the Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, Kemerovo and Novosibirsk regions (more than 650 outlets).

The corporate retail network "Ariant" works in the "shop at the house" format.

Products of the company are provided not only in own retail network, but also in the largest retail chain stores.
