2024: Losses of 243.4 million rubles

As TAdviser found out at the end of October 2025, PSB AI, a subsidiary of Promsvyazbank (PSB), recorded a net loss of 243.43 million rubles at the end of 2024. For comparison, a year earlier, losses amounted to 229.18 million rubles. Thus, losses increased by 6.2%.

Revenue on an annualized basis jumped almost three times - from 62.96 million rubles to 186.18 million rubles. Commercial expenses are not reflected in the accounting documentation, while management expenses increased by 72.2% - from 391.45 million rubles to 674 million rubles. Other income decreased from 51.4 million rubles to 44.44 million rubles, that is, by 13.6%. At the same time, other expenses rose by 10.5% - from 17.35 million rubles to 19.17 million rubles.

II- "daughter" of PSB ended the year with a loss of 243.4 million rubles

Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services approximately doubled year-on-year - from 73.5 million rubles to 145.38 million rubles. Interest on NSO (irreducible balance) soared from 7.51 million rubles to 85.94 million rubles (more than 11 times). Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased from 152.21 million rubles in 2023 to 155.11 million rubles in 2024 (plus 1.9%). Expenses in connection with the remuneration of employees doubled, reaching 386.99 million rubles against 188.32 million rubles a year earlier.

Gross profit increased from 62.96 million rubles in 2023 to 186.18 million rubles in 2024, that is, about three times. At the same time, the company received a loss from sales in the amount of 487.82 million rubles, which is 48.5% more than a year earlier, when losses from sales amounted to 328.5 million rubles.

As of December 31, 2024, receivables were indicated in the amount of 144.87 million rubles against 47.21 million rubles a year earlier (plus 206.9%). Accounts payable increased by 148.1% - from 28.55 million rubles to 70.81 million rubles.[1]

2022: Inclusion on the US sanctions list

In February 2022, PSB Innovation and Investment was included in the US SDN sanctions list.
