2025: Revenue growth by 68%, to 3.2 billion rubles

In 2025, the revenue of the IT-insourcing company Aeroflot, AFLT-Systems, specializing in the creation and support of solutions for digital transformation and import substitution, increased by 68% compared to 2024, to almost 3.2 billion rubles. This follows from the financial accounting of the company, which TAdviser got acquainted with in the database of the Federal Tax Service in early March.

The vast majority of the turnover, almost 2 billion rubles, fell on services for modification, adaptation, maintenance and maintenance of software and information systems. The company received about 780 million rubles from the development and implementation of software and information systems.

Aeroflot's IT-insourcing subsidiary expanded its activities in 2025

The explanations to AFLT-Systems financial accounting indicate that the dynamics of the increase in revenue from ordinary activities in 2025 was influenced by the following factors: an increase in the volume of information systems and software accepted for maintenance/maintenance, as well as the development and development of its own software and the provision of various services based on it to Aeroflot Group companies. In addition to the parent company, we are also talking about the companies Pobeda, Russia and Aeromar.

The growth of work also entailed the need to expand the staff: the average number of AFLT-Systems employees in 2025 amounted to 590 people against 437 people a year earlier.

The expansion of the company's activities in explanations to financial reporting is also associated with an increase in its expenses for ordinary activities by 68.6%, to 2.99 billion rubles. Their main share was the costs associated with the remuneration of employees.

In accordance with Aeroflot's current digital transformation strategy for 2025, among the key goals for the coming years is to ensure the import independence of IT systems and services and consumer satisfaction with digital services in the face of sanctions pressure. By 2030, the Aeroflot group plans to completely switch to the use of domestic software.

The main directions for the development of IT systems in this regard include the use of: a domestic aircraft fleet airworthiness management system, which is an analogue of the AMOS system; domestic air messaging network - an analogue of Sitatex; domestic reservation system - an analogue of Sabre; domestic enterprise management system - an analogue of the ERP SAP system. The main areas of AFLT-Systems work are connected with them, respectively.

2025: Appointment as CEO of Ruslan Vereshchagin

2024: Revenue growth by 115% to RUB 1.9 billion

At the end of 2024, the IT company AFLT-Systems (a subsidiary of Aeroflot) showed revenue of 1.9 billion rubles. This is 115.3% more compared to 882.89 million rubles received a year earlier. Such data are reflected in the financial statements, which TAdviser got acquainted with at the end of July 2025.

The cost of sales on an annualized basis jumped by 128.5% - from 681.74 million rubles to 1.56 billion rubles. Commercial expenses are not indicated in the report, while management expenses increased from 88.01 million rubles to 218.7 million rubles, that is, by 148.5%. Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services tripled, reaching 2.26 billion rubles against 757.67 million rubles in 2023. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services rose by 57.8% - from 376.03 million rubles to 593.22 million rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers more than tripled - from 326.74 million rubles to 1.08 billion rubles.

In 2024, the gross profit of AFLT-Systems amounted to 343.46 million rubles: this is 70.7% more than in 2023, when it was equal to 201.15 million rubles. Profit from sales rose by 10.3% - from 113.14 million rubles to 124.76 million rubles. The company received 150.93 million rubles of net profit - plus 38.9% compared to 2023 (108.69 million rubles).

As of December 31, 2024, receivables are indicated in the amount of 485.61 million rubles: this is 66.8% more than in the previous year, when it amounted to 291.16 million rubles. Accounts payable increased by 135.8% - from 417.62 million rubles to 984.91 million rubles. Net assets by the end of 2024 amounted to 362.58 million rubles against 211.65 million rubles a year earlier and 102.95 million rubles in 2022.[1]
