History

2025: Technodinamika bought 50% of PM-Composite

At the end of October 2025, it became known that the industrial holding Technodinamika (part of the state corporation Rostec) acquired a 50 percent stake in the manufacturer of composite products PM-Composite. The amount and other terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

According to "Review," "PM-Composite" is a resident of the special economic zone "Togliatti." The company was registered in 2013 under the name "Mann + Hummel Togliatti" - as a project of the German concern Mann + Hummel to build an air filter plant. In 2017, Georgy Makarov, the head of the Samara JSC Prodmash Plant, became the owner of the structure, and the company was called PM-Composite. Until 2022, the owners of the enterprise were either Makarov himself or his Prodmash Plant.

In September 2025, 100% of the authorized capital of PK-Composite was transferred to PM LLC, which has been operating since March 2025. And in October 2025, PM had a new co-owner - Technodinamika JSC, which received a share of 50% at its disposal.

The PM-Composite website says that it develops and produces products from composite materials. The company develops products for various industries: automobile, railway, energy, construction, shipbuilding, etc. The production site includes equipment for the manufacture of products using various technologies: hot pressing (SMC, BMC, DMS), RTM (infusion, injection), polymer concrete casting, contact formation, pultrusion.

Dmitry Tsibizov, founder of the DSTS.club of investors, believes that Rostec can use the capacities of PM-Composite to produce parts, cases and components as part of Technodynamics projects on aviation and defense topics. " Tsibizov estimates the amount of the transaction at 150-200 million rubles^[1]"
