2022: Decrease in revenue by 32.7%, to 367.6 million rubles
In 2022, the revenue of the official online marketplace of the KamAZ truck - Trakinstock - reached 367.6 million rubles, which is 32.7% less than a year earlier. Net profit in comparison with the same segments of time fell by 7.4% and amounted to 11.6 million rubles. Such data were published in February 2023.
According to Interfax, citing Trakinstock's reports, the total debt of the marketplace in 2022 increased by more than 2.7 times, exceeding 184 million rubles. Long-term liabilities jumped three times, to 138.6 million rubles; short-term - more than twice, up to 45.5 million rubles.
The cost of sales decreased by 39.8%, to 313.7 million rubles. Gross profit increased 2.2 times, to 53.9 million rubles. Sales expenses increased more than fivefold to RUB 13.2 million; managerial - more than 1.7 times, up to 7.3 million rubles.
As of February 2023, Trakinstock LLC belongs to the founder and general director of the company Marina Spiridonova (27.21%) and KamAZ PJSC (72.79%), which controls it through KamAZ Digital Platform LLC, a center for the consolidation of digital assets.[1]

Founder and CEO Marina Spiridonova "Trakinstock" in an interview with the corporate newspaper "KamAZ" at the end of October 2021 said that the sales plan for equipment through the online marketplace for that year was 100 units, in January-September 93 units were already sold. 2023: Attracting investments from the venture capital fund of Tatarstan
In September 2023, a deal was closed to invest a venture capital fund Tatarstan in Trakinstock LLC. The relevant information is reflected in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL).
According to Interfax with reference to this register, the share in the authorized capital of the KamAZ marketplace passed to the republican investment fund from the head of the marketplace, a former employee of KAMAZ Foreign Trade Company JSC Marina Spiridonova. As a result of the transaction, its share decreased from 27.21% to 17.21%. Trakinstock is 72.8% owned by Kamazov Digital Platform KAMAZ LLC.
Truckinstock.com, as reported on the site, is a specialized site aimed at promoting cars available in the warehouses of dealers and official partners of KAMAZ PJSC.
