2025: Rostec received 100% of Cardioelectronics

The share in 100% of the authorized capital of the company "Cardioelectronics," specializing in the production of electrocardiostimulants, was received by the state corporation "Rostec." This became known on June 18, 2025.

The asset was transferred to the state by a court decision at the suit of the General Prosecutor's Office, after which it was registered in the ownership of Rostec as part of strengthening the state presence in the high-tech medical products sector.

Rostec received 100% of the manufacturer of electrocardiostimulants "Cardioelectronics"

According to Interfax, the corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on June 17, 2025. In May 2024, the Zhukovsky District Court of the Kaluga Region satisfied the statement of claim of the Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia on the appeal to the state of 100% of the shares of Cardioelectronics LLC.

The defendants in the lawsuit were private individuals and Hammond Directors Ltd., registered in the British Virgin Islands. The court agreed with the plaintiff's arguments about the facts of transactions aimed at legalizing the property of the former state defense enterprise.

As a result of these transactions, the assets were transferred to the balance sheet of CJSC Klimovsky Specialized Cartridge Plant and CJSC Cardioelectronics. The successor of the latter is the eponymous LLC. The court declared the transactions on the transfer of these assets invalid.

According to the Podolsk administration, the plant was engaged in the development of electrocardiostimulants, the production of which specializes in Cardioelectronics. The company is located in Podolsk and is one of the Russian manufacturers of medical equipment.

Previously, 97.78% of the authorized capital of Cardioelectronics LLC belonged to Hammond Directors Ltd., and 2.22% to Elena Prudius. After the court decision, the shares were transferred to the state, and then transferred to the management of Rostec[1]
