In the work the joint venture relies on strengths of each partner – enormous experience of development and implementation of superdifficult projects in the field of telecommunication technologies of Alcatel-Lucent and an opportunity to use production sites of Rostec state corporation that allows the joint venture to make localization and completion of wide range of products of Alcatel-Lucent for the purpose of ensuring the "entrusted" functionality in compliance with requirements of information security in the territory of Russia. Access to deliverable Alcatel-Lucent to the innovative solutions for which Laboratories of Bella, a world famous research and development center of this company are a source promotes strengthening of telecom industry in ^[1]. The joint venture is guided by sales to big customers – to representatives of corporate and state sectors.

Main objective of Alcatel-Lucent RT – production and sale of the innovation network and communication products on the basis of IP which are brought together specially taking into account requirements of the Russian government and customers – the state and large private enterprises. The Alcatel-Lucent RT collects a wide line of the entrusted equipment of Alcatel-Lucent in Russia.

The Alcatel-Lucent RT uses in the work indirect model of sales – all sales, all customer interaction and technical support are implemented through partners. Cooperation with partners of distribution type with sales on Wednesday of system integrators and VAR is combined.
