2022: Inclusion in Novikombank's Development Employee Incentive Program

The Ural plant of Shvabe Holding of Rostec State Corporation will be included in the Development employee incentive program and will receive preferential financing from Novikombank in the amount of 1 billion rubles. The funds will be provided under the program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia aimed at supporting backbone enterprises. The Schwabe holding announced this on July 7, 2022.

The Bank also included the company in the participants of the Development incentive program for certain categories of employees of Rostec and its organizations.

Thanks to the financial support of our long-standing partner in the person of Novikombank, a number of measures will be implemented within the framework of the current activities of the enterprise, including the fulfillment of existing and promising contracts for the production and supply of civilian products. Mainly we are talking about medical equipment. The second initiative is aimed at encouraging highly qualified employees in the most popular specialties, including young specialists, - commented Anatoly Sludnykh, Director General of UOMZ.

The Development Program of Novikombank, developed jointly with Rostec State Corporation as part of a sustainable development strategy, provides for preferential rates on mortgage and other credit products, including loans for education.
