Ramensky Instrument-Making Plant RPP

As of April 2017, RPZ JSC is the production, repair and provision of consumers with high-tech flight and navigation devices, world-class systems and complexes, as well as products for spacecraft and land military equipment. The company presents a full cycle of manufacturing products, from R&D, production, to the assembly of final products. The nomenclature of manufactured products has about 70 thousand items, the production cycle of products - up to a year.

History

2024: Launch of robotic production of printed circuit boards

In September 2024, the Radioelectronic Technologies Concern (KRET) launched a robotic line for the production of printed circuit boards at the Ramensky Instrument-Making Plant (RPP). The new equipment fully automates the installation of output elements, which allows you to significantly increase production capacity and improve the quality of manufactured products.

According to Rostec, earlier the company used manual labor of specialists to assemble printed circuit boards, which limited production volumes and increased the risk of defects. The introduction of a modern automated line solves this problem by using high-tech solutions that allow you to accurately position the output elements, control the supply of solder through miniature nozzles, and adjust the soldering time and temperature.

In preparation for the launch of the new line at the RPP, a large-scale redevelopment and modernization of production facilities was carried out. Especially to ensure optimal operating conditions, a climate control system is installed, which maintains the necessary parameters of cleanliness, temperature and humidity in strict accordance with technological requirements. This made it possible to create conditions that minimize the possible risks of process disruption and increase the overall efficiency of the equipment.

The main goal of launching robotic production was to increase the volume of products, which is especially important in the context of the growing demand for high-precision electronic components. The new line, in addition to increasing productivity, has a high resolution control system that allows detecting microdefects both during the production stage and during the operation of finished products.^[1]

2013

In 2013, the company became part of the Radioelectronic Technologies Concern (KRET), managed by the Rostec state corporation and uniting 97 enterprises for the development and production of military and civilian radioelectronic products.

2007

In 2007, RPP became a diploma winner of the Russian Government Quality Award for achieving significant results in the field of quality.

1992

In 1992, the plant became a joint stock company.

1985

1985 for success in work, the plant was listed on the All-Union Board of Honor at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements of the USSR.

In the period 1985-1990 RPP 19 quarters was named among the winners in the competition of industry enterprises.

1978

In 1978, the SOVKIP quality system developed at the plant was registered as No. 1 in the industry and was recognized as the best in the country. The experience of the team was presented at the Polytechnic Museum and at VDNKh.

1972

In 1972, the plant was the first in the country to master the production of float gyroscopes and accelerometers and, based on them, inertial systems, which made it possible to increase navigation accuracy by 2 times.

1947
