2024: Revenue growth of 20.3% to ₽15,5 billion

PJSC "Tambov Plant" Electropribor, "which is part of the concern" Radioelectronic Technologies "of the state corporation" Rostec, "increased revenue by 20.3% in 2024 - from ₽12,8 billion to ₽15,5 billion. At the same time, the net profit of the enterprise decreased by 22.9% and amounted to ₽2,4 billion against ₽3 billion in 2023. This became known in April 2025.

According to Kommersant, this data follows from the published financial statements of the company. The cost of sales of Elektropribor in 2024 increased by 36.1% compared to 2023 and reached ₽9,9 billion against ₽7,3 billion a year earlier.

Profit from sales of the plant decreased by 8.5% and amounted to ₽3,7 billion (in 2023 this figure was ₽4 billion). According to the financial statements, Elektropribor has no accounts payable, while accounts receivable increased by 20.6% - from ₽10,3 billion to ₽12,5 billion.

"Tambov Plant" Electropribor "" actively invests in the modernization of production. Over the past two years, the company has allocated more than ₽4 billion for these purposes. Over 600 units of new equipment were purchased with these funds, including automated and smart production lines.

In 2025, the plant plans to build a new production workshop with an area of ​ ​ about 11 thousand square meters. m. Thanks to this expansion, 520 additional jobs will be created, which will increase the production capacity of the enterprise.

The management of Elektropribor pays attention not only to production indicators, but also to social programs for its employees. In 2024, a medical center for workers and a sports recreation center were opened on the territory of the plant.

In 2025, the company launched a housing program, under which employees can receive ₽1 million to improve housing conditions. In parallel, work is underway to improve the territory of the plant - the facade of the main building and common areas in the production workshops have been repaired.^[1]

2024: Launch of robotic production for PCB production

In August 2024, it became known that the Tambov Elektropribor plant of the Radioelectronic Technologies concern completed the launch of a robotic line for the production of printed circuit boards, investing ₽28,5 million in the project. The new automated technology will increase production rates by 20% and significantly reduce production time, as well as improve the environmental friendliness of the process by excluding the use of harmful chemical compounds.

According to the press service of Rostec, the introduction of the new line is part of a large-scale project to modernize production at the Elektropribor plant. The project implements the principles of lean production, which allows you to increase labor productivity without stopping the main production process. This is especially important for the fulfillment of government orders, where high accuracy and efficiency are required.

Natalia Zamkovaya, head of the electroplating and printed circuit board workshop, said that the launch of the new line required a thorough reconfiguration of production processes in order to minimize time losses and rationally use production facilities. Before the modernization, the movement of boards in the production chain took 14.5 minutes, and after the introduction of new equipment, this figure was almost halved - to eight minutes.

The new direct metallization technology introduced at the plant not only increases productivity, but also improves product quality. The project has already carried out repairs at the site where the automated line is located, and now it is fully operational, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
