History

2021: "Kanex Group" withdrew from the list of founders of "RT-Engineering"

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, with the 15.12.2021 of A-Engineering LLC (an asset of Kanex Group), RT-Engineering LLC left the founders.

2020: Kanex is the main shareholder of RT-Engineering

Holding RT-Business Development of Rostec State Corporation attracted a specialized strategic investor for the development of RT-Engineering. This is stated in the message of Rostec from July 2020. As a result of the transaction, Kanex became the main shareholder of RT-Engineering, a system integrator and supplier of solutions for ore mining and processing. RT-Business Development retained the blocking package - 25% plus one share.^[1]

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, on August 3, 2020, A-Engineering LLC became one of the founders of RT-Engineering LLC, one of the owners of which is Kanex Group LLC.
