Transfer of "Rusinformexport" control to NDT
In December 2016, RT-Business Development informed TAdviser that Rostec State Corporation approved the transfer of the asset management of Rusinformexport LLC from RT-Business Development LLC to the direct management of National Center for Informatization LLC. This decision was preceded by a conflict between the general director of Rusinformexport and the sponsor of the project - the head of SoftsoundIgor Borovikov. More details here.
Creation of Rusinformexport to export IT solutions with the money of Igor Borovikov
On June 8, 2016, Rostec State Corporation announced the creation of a separate structure through its RT-Business Development investment holding, which will be responsible for exporting Russian IT solutions to the global market. The new company was called Rusinformexport LLC.
It will promote unique digital products at the international level, which will, in particular, attract additional foreign exchange financing to the high-tech segment of the Russian economy, Rostec said. More details here.
