2026: Sale of Interest in Centralized Diagnostic Systems to Tashir Medica Holding

Transfer of Rusinformexport control to NCI
In December 2016, RT-Business Development told TAdviser that the Rostec state corporation approved the transfer of asset management to Rusinformexport LLC from RT-Business Development LLC to direct management of National Informatization Center LLC.
