At the end of 2024, one of the largest manufacturers of industrial robots in Russia, Eidos-Robotics, recorded net losses of 102.88 million rubles. Accounts receivable rose from 499 thousand rubles to 50.21 million rubles. Accounts payable increased from 63.92 million rubles to 97.61 million rubles, that is, by 52.7%. Revenue "Eidos-Robotics" in 2024 is indicated in the amount of 87.79 million rubles. The financial report says that the company's loss from sales reached 113.47 million rubles against 315 thousand rubles a year earlier. Revenues from sales of products, goods, works and services in 2024 reached 97.06 million rubles, which is 82.7% more than in the previous year, when the figure was 53.11 million rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services soared by 26,352% - from 602 thousand rubles to 159.24 million rubles. Expenses related to the remuneration of employees increased to 191.75 million rubles. Net assets as of December 31, 2024 are indicated in the amount of approximately 21.76 million rubles.[1]
2023: Increase in annual revenue by 25% to RUR 211 million
At the end of 2023, one of the largest manufacturers of industrial robots in Russia, Eidos-Robotics, recorded revenue of 211 million rubles, which is 25% more than a year ago at 168.5 million rubles. The company's commercial expenses in 2023 reached 7.8 million rubles, an increase from 5.7 million rubles in 2022. Management costs increased from 14.2 million to 16.8 million rubles. Profit from sales in 2023 amounted to almost 52 million rubles, which is significantly more than the previous year's profit of 2.8 million rubles.
Eidos-Robotics is engaged in the development and production of industrial robots and cobots for automation of technological processes. By 2024, the company is developing devices with a carrying capacity of 8 kg to 360 kg in order to implement the robotization program of PJSC KamAZ. The project is carried out on the basis of the development of robots and software LLC "Eidos-Robotics." Key technologies are reverse engineering of robots existing on the market, followed by mathematical modeling of robots being developed and optimization of design solutions for robots and algorithms.

Robots Corporation bought 51% of Eidos Robotics
The group of companies Element"" through its subsidiary structure JSC Robot Corporation"" acquired a controlling stake in the Russian manufacturer of industrial robots "Eidos Robotics." The deal provides for the purchase of a 51% stake in a Tatarstan company that specializes in creating robotic solutions for industry. Eidos Robotics is the developer and manufacturer of industrial robots and robotic cells. The company from the Republic of Tatarstan has registered over 20 intellectual property objects for its own technological developments. The main product of the company - the robot manipulator A12-1450 - received the status of a domestic product in the register. Ministries of Industry and Trade Russia This status allows buyers of equipment to use government support measures when purchasing it.
After the completion of the transaction, Eidos Robotics will become a core asset of Robot Corporation JSC to create industrial robotic manipulators and collaborative robots. The management and staff of the Tatarstan enterprise will remain in full. CEO Anton Suryaninov will continue to lead the company and focus on developing and improving the product line.
Alexander Alekseev, General Director of Robots Corporation JSC, Vice President for Strategic Development of Element Group of Companies, noted the high assessment of the engineering potential of Eidos Robotics. He announced plans to expand production capacities in the Republic of Tatarstan.
