JSC NPO Splav is parent organization of holding as a part of Rostec State corporation.

Core competencies as set of knowledge and experience of personnel, the accumulated scientific and technical backlog, production capabilities, fixed assets and technology infrastructure allowing to create certain products and providing emergence of cost during its production are connected with development and production of the following types of arms:

• the special reactive systems of the increased range, accuracy and efficiency;
• delivery systems for anti-submarine, antitorpedo protection; delivery systems of engineering complexes of remote mining;
• complexes of special arms.
