History

2018

Renaming to "North Caucasus State Academy"

By order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated November 16, 2018 No. 980, the North Caucasus State Humanitarian and Technological Academy was renamed the North Caucasus State Academy.

2010: Renamed the "North Caucasus State Humanitarian and Technological Academy"

By order of the Federal Agency for Education dated April 20, 2010 No. 410, the Karachay-Cherkess State Technological Academy was renamed the North Caucasus State Humanitarian and Technological Academy (SevKav GGTA).

2003: Renamed "Karachay-Cherkess State Technological Academy"

By order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated July 15, 2003 No. 3055, the Karachay-Cherkess State Technological Institute was renamed the Karachay-Cherkess State Technological Academy (KCHGTA).

1998: Renamed "Karachay-Cherkess State Technological Institute"

By order of the Ministry of General and Professional Education of the Russian Federation dated December 8, 1998 No. 2997, the Karachay-Cherkess Technological Institute (KCHTI) was renamed the Karachay-Cherkess State Technological Institute (KCHGTI).

1991: Foundation of the "Karachay-Cherkess Technological Institute"

Decree of the State Committee of the RSFSR for Science and Higher Education of June 7, 1991 No. 60 from September 1, 1991 founded the "Karachay-Cherkess Technological Institute."
