Closing the sale of the share to Sberbank

On July 1, 2021, Sberbank announced the closure of the transaction for the purchase of the InSales platform, which provides services for the development of online trading. As part of the deal, Sberbank received a stake of 80% in InSales, 20% remains with its three founders and top managers.

Based on InSales solutions, entrepreneurs can easily and efficiently launch and manage an online business: create an online store, bring their goods to marketplaces, organize sales on social networks, commodity aggregators, instant messengers, geoservices and other electronic storefronts. Sberbank's purchase of an 80% stake in InSales

On April 12, 2021, Sberbank told TAdviser that an online trading management platform from InSales was joining its system - the parties signed legally binding documentation on the deal. As part of the transaction, Sberbank acquires a stake of 80% in InSales, 20% remains with its three founders and top managers. The closure of the transaction is expected in the second quarter of 2021 after the fulfillment of the postponing conditions. The amount of the transaction is not named.

2015: InSales.ru bought a rival service Torgg.com

The platform for online stores InSales.ru in early December 2015 entered into a deal to buy one of its competitors - the Torgg.com service. The [1]Within six months, Torgg.com customers will change the CMS system of the online store to a more professional solution from the company InSales.ru. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. At the time of the transaction, more than 1000 active online stores were operating on the Torgg.com platform. About half of the company's shares are InSales.ru owned by the Russian founders of the service, the second half is owned by a strategic Western investor. 2013: Customer growth from 1,250 to 2,500

In 2013, the number of InSales.ru customers doubled, increasing from 1,250 to 2,500. The total value of orders processed by online stores on the InSales platform exceeded 4 billion rubles. At the same time, the total attendance of stores amounted to more than 300 thousand per day, which exceeds the attendance of top online stores on the Runet, representatives said InSales.ru.

Online stores on the InSales.com.ua platform in Ukraine processed more than 10 thousand orders. Indicators in Kazakhstan are rapidly catching up with Ukrainian, despite the fact that only six months have passed since the launch of the insales.kz.

Over the past year, a large number of updates have been released on the InSales online store platform. Thus, the company has released an application for iOS and Android. Mobile applications allow you to manage orders, monitor the work of couriers and managers of an online store and speed up delivery using your smartphone. In 2012, the "Quick Order" function from Yandex.Market became available for all stores on the InSales platform. The function saves time for ordering those users who have their own Yandex account and who have filled out the Quick Order page on Yandex.Market.

At the same time, the "Application Center" is now available for all InSales customers. "Over the past year, we have announced a competition for 1 million rubles and attracted new development partners, many of whom have created integration applications specifically for InSales.
