2023: Closing the transaction for the creation of the joint venture RTK-Innomed

Qifromed, the parent company of the Medicine Digital Cluster, PJSC Rostelecom, and ALGOM closed the deal to create a joint venture in the field of digital technologies for healthcare - RTK-Innomed. This was announced on November 15, 2023 by Zdrav.Expert representatives of Tsifromed.

Players in the Russian medical tech market have created a joint venture to develop IT solutions for continuous training of health workers

According to them, RTK-Innomed will focus on the development of personalized content delivery products and continuous training of medical professionals using Russian and international experience. The solutions are designed to combine the unique knowledge of medical organizations into a single digital asset available at the workplaces of specialists to support clinical decision-making and professional development.

"We are confident that our partnership will contribute to the development of digital medical services to help doctors work and diagnose on a daily basis. In addition, it is important for us that, together with Tsifromed, we will be able to strengthen our adaptive training products, which allow us to adjust training depending on the individual needs of the doctor, "said Sergey Berezetsky, General Director of RTK-Innomed.

In his opinion, this will significantly improve the quality of training and the level of professional literacy of medical personnel, while saving resources and time for training, which is especially important for primary health care workers.

As part of the task of digitalizing the healthcare industry and providing medical organizations with qualified personnel, RTK-Innomed products are already available for doctors on the platforms of the Unified State Information System (Uniform State Health Information System) and the Unified Departmental Medical Information and Analytical System of the FMBA of Russia (EVMIAS FMBA). It is planned that in the future, the products of personalized content delivery and continuous training of health workers will be integrated into a single digital platform for regional health care and will become available for testing the knowledge of doctors of commercial medical organizations. The solutions are designed to help doctors get in real time the latest information on current approaches to diagnosis and treatment, will promptly notify about the emergence of new information regarding diseases and treatment protocols. Product interfaces are developed taking into account the peculiarities of the medical organization: right while working with the electronic medical record, the doctor will be able to see all clinical recommendations related to the diagnosis or reason for the patient's appeal.

The products of personalized content delivery and continuous training of medical workers will expand the capabilities of our customers, because the quality of work of medical organizations directly depends on the knowledge and qualifications of the doctors who work there, Vladimir Pasynkov, General Director of Tsifromed, is convinced.
