Launch of IVA Mail

IVA Technologies on October 14, 2025 announced the launch of the IVA Mail postal and calendar system.

The solution is designed to address all of the key e-mail and planning needs of the business, while providing high security and lower total cost of ownership.

IVA Mail is a solution for organizing corporate e-mail, calendars and communication management. The product is created as part of the IVA technology ecosystem and is closely integrated with other key solutions from IVA Technologies, including the IVA One business communications and collaboration platform.

IVA Mail can be implemented as a standalone product, providing full functionality with mail and calendars, as well as as part of the IVA One platform, combining all communication services of the company - from video conferencing to messaging - in one application.

IVA Mail is fully developed in Russia. The server part is built on a monolithic architecture with multithreading, which provides high performance and stability with minimal resource consumption. For the convenience of users, your own mail and calendar clients for Windows, Linux, Android and iOS are available, providing full functionality on all devices. In addition, the solution is compatible with all Russian operating systems and supports a full-fledged API for integration with external corporate solutions.

Information security is provided through encryption, built-in anti-spam and virus protection, two-factor authorization, and an access role model.

IVA Mail offers ready-made tools for migrating from other systems, including Microsoft Exchange. Phased transition scenarios are supported, including the possibility of parallel operation of two mail systems.

The product received a certificate of state registration of the computer program from the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent), which confirms the originality of the program code, independent development and legal protection of technology created by IVA Technologies specialists without the use of open or foreign components. The IVA Mail mail server is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs.

IVA Mail is actively developing. New features are planned for 2025 - support for Kerberos, ActiveSync protocol, distributed clustering, improved archiving procedures, and the introduction of intelligent scheduling assistants and advanced security tools.

System performance as of early September 2025: up to 10,000 users per server and up to tens of millions of users per cluster. The system supports local installation, cloud and hybrid deployment.
