Performance indicators

2026: Revenue growth 19.3% to ₽9 bn

The Voronezh enterprise for the production of power electrical equipment completed 2025 with revenue of ₽9 billion - almost a fifth more than in 2024. At the same time, net profit decreased to ₽1,04 billion, losing almost a third of the volume. The company's financial statements were published in February 2026.

According to Abireg, revenue growth was not converted into a comparable improvement in the final financial result due to an outstripping increase in expenses. The cost of production added 15.7% and amounted to ₽6,2 billion. At the same time, profit from sales increased to ₽2,18 billion (+ 26.2%), but then it was pressured by a sharp increase in costs for other items.

Electric motor manufacturer Voronezh Transformer raised annual revenue by 19.3%

Commercial expenses jumped by almost 49% to ₽320,7 million. Management costs increased by 26.3% to ₽306 million. The biggest blow to profits was caused by a threefold increase in other expenses - up to ₽1,15 billion. At the same time, other incomes more than doubled - up to ₽80,8 million. A partial counterbalance was the growth of operating income, including interest receivable, - up to ₽547,7 million (+ 71.5%). As a result, pre-tax profit dropped to ₽1,66 billion, down 12.2%.

Balance sheet figures at the end of 2025 reflect a decrease in debt burden to counterparties. Accounts payable decreased by 34.5% - to ₽1,92 billion. Accounts receivable remained virtually unchanged at ₽1,64 billion.

The Voronezh Transformer plant has been operating in the Maslovsky industrial park in the Novousmansky district of the Voronezh region since 2009. The company specializes in the production of electric motors, generators, transformers, switchgears and instrumentation. Until 2022, it was called Siemens Power Transformers, after which it came under the control of the Inter RAO group. The authorized capital of the company is ₽170,5 million, the sole owner is RAO Intertech B.V. registered in Amsterdam. The company is headed by General Director Igor Ivanov.[1]
