At the same time, the company's net profit according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) decreased by 33% and amounted to ₽10,6 billion against ₽15,9 billion in 2023.
According to Interfax, sales of polyolefins increased in the revenue structure - by 12.7% to ₽75,8 billion. At the same time, sales of plastics and organic synthesis products decreased by 6% to ₽19 billion. More than 99% of the company's consolidated revenue comes from sales within Russia.

Aktivs of the company in 2024 increased by 9.1% to ₽182,3 billion. Including the value of fixed assets increased by 14.6% to ₽147,5 billion, which indicates ongoing investments in production facilities.
The decrease in financial indicators of Kazanorgsintez in 2024 is partly due to the temporary shutdown of one of the polyethylene synthesis reactors for modernization. As the general director of Tatneftekhiminvest-holding JSC Rafinat Yarullin reported in August 2024, in the first half of the year the company's financial results were "limited" precisely because of this modernization. At the time of his application, commissioning was completed at the facility.
Kazanorgsintez is one of the largest producers of polyethylene and the only producer of polycarbonates in Russia. The company has been a member of the SIBUR holding since October 2021. The company plays an important role in the oil and gas chemical complex of Tatarstan, and its activities are coordinated by Tatneftekhiminvest Holding JSC[1]
