This approach is designed not only to help job seekers better understand their priorities when choosing a job, but also gives them the opportunity to communicate more effectively with potential employers.

Immediately after receiving the results, the system offers the user the opportunity to go to an automatically generated selection of vacancies corresponding to his profile with one click. So the applicant can immediately assess his capabilities and start studying offers on the market.

Creating a section for young people

Avito Work has created a section for young people, where there is a large selection of vacancies for new applicants from 16 to 24 years old. Now on the platform you can find a suitable job or part-time job even for those who do not yet have the experience to receive a decent income and be independent. The company announced this on May 24, 2024.

Due to the shortage of personnel, young specialists in the labor market are becoming more in demand every day. In turn, employers are increasingly expanding the boundaries of hiring: in particular, they employ young specialists. An important role is played by the beginning of the summer season, when more young specialists become on the market, and the number of job offers for them increases. So, in April 2024, the number of vacancies for students and specialists without experience increased 2.2 times compared to the same period last year. Therefore, the developers of the Avito Work platform made a category section for students and finalized a filter looking for vacancies for young workers.

For May 2024, on the platform, young applicants from 16 years and older can find vacancies with a decent salary from trusted employers. Thanks to this section, "for students," the service offers vacancies both part-time and options for working on a shift schedule. There are also offers in the form of part-time jobs with daily payments.

According to Avito Work's research, 76% of young Russians aged 18 to 25 have part-time experience. 37% of young people surveyed most often find part-time jobs out of necessity when they need additional funds. 26% of survey participants are more likely to find part-time work during vacations, vacations or holidays, and 18% often take part-time work situationally, when inspiration or interest in a specific project or area appears.

In addition, the platform has improved the relevance of issuing vacancies for a young audience using the "Ready to Consider" parameter. This criterion helps the young applicant understand whether the employer is ready to consider the resume of a student or candidate over 14/16 years old.
