Russian developer of electronics for aircraft engines UEC-STAR ended the year with a loss of ₽531,8 million

The loss from sales amounted to ₽314 million, while in 2023 this figure was absent. The company's accounts receivable increased to ₽7,2 billion from ₽4,56 billion in 2023.

The negative financial results of the company are due to a number of factors. The main reason was a decrease in demand for products, which led to a decrease in sales volumes. Additional pressure on the financial condition was exerted by delays in payments from consumers, which affected working capital. To fulfill obligations to suppliers, the company had to attract credit resources, which increased the debt burden. In addition, failures in the supply of equipment affected the production process, which complicated the implementation of contracts on schedule.

In 2025, the company plans to increase its product sales to ₽13,7 billion and achieve a profit of ₽249,6 million.

UEC-STAR is the only company in Russia that develops and manufactures complex control systems for civil gas turbine engines with digital electronic regulators and hydromechanical units.

The company carries out a full cycle of work, including the design, production and maintenance of automatic control systems for gas turbine engines for aircraft and industrial applications.

In the structure of the company's assets, the main share is occupied by receivables and production facilities necessary for the development and production of high-tech aviation products.[1]

It is important that within the framework of this certificate, for the first time we also received the right of the developer not only for individual electronic units, but also in general for the engine control system, as well as for the fuel system and the integrated engine control system. This is a tremendous achievement for our enterprise, the result of the great work of designers and employees of the certification department. This document gives us a plus with further new developments, - said Nadezhda Bolbat, Quality Director of UEC-STAR.
