The history of Magistral-Card begins in 1999 when in "Magistral is Fuel Company" (Magistral group) the department of electronic technologies especially for development of programs of customer service by means of fuel plastic cards was created.
By this moment a year as active cooperation of Magistral group and JSC MNC on program implementation of retail sales of automobile gasolines and diesel fuel developed. Therefore the basis of network of service of fuel cards Magistral was formed by gas stations of multinational corporation and partners.
In 2002, from the beginning of work of Magistral-Ukraina LLC the start was given to development of programs of cooperation and creation of networks in Russia and abroad.
In 2003 - creation of regional network of gas station in Russia and Belarus.
In 2005 - implementation of the project on the hybrid Trunk cards – ESSO (Central and Western Europe).
In 2007 - foundation of subsidiary company Magistral-Polsha LLC and also opening of Magistral-Card St. Petersburg branch.
In 2008 Magistral-Card was a part of TNK-BP group as a result of completion of the transaction on acquisition of TNK-BP of Magistral group.
