In the course of reforming of power industry six power plants located in different regions of Russia which were transformed to branches were a part in 2006: Krasnoyarsk state district power plant", Ryazan state district power plant, "GRES-24", Novocherkassk state district power plant, Cherepovets state district power plant, Kirishi state district power plant. The total installed capacity of power plants of OGK-6 is more than 9052 MW, thermal now — 2036 Gcal/h., in general in the company about 7000 people work.
The consolidated revenue of the company in 2008 — 42.275 billion rubles (in 2007 — 35.33 billion rubles), net profit — 805 million rubles (1.546 billion rubles).
In 2008 power plants of OGK-6 developed 38.857 GW · h electric power.
