2025: Rusal buys 50% of Pioneer Aluminum Industries from Pioneer Group and KCap Group
OK Rusal has agreed to acquire a stake in the Indian plant Pioneer Aluminum Industries Limited, which produces alumina in Andhra Pradesh.
