Kuban agroholding – one of the largest agrobusinesses of the South of Russia entering into diversified industrial group "Basic Element". The main activities are: livestock production, crop production, production of sugar, processing and storage of grain and seed farming. 10 dairy and commodity farms, a meat-processing complex, a pig-breeding megafarm, grain elevators, the plants on production and processing of seeds, the sugar plant "Svoboda" and also Voskhod horse-breeding center are a part of Kuban Agroholding. The number of personnel - 5000 people.
In 2015 revenue of the company made 10 billion rubles (a gain in comparison with 2014 – 32%), net profit - 2.04 billion rubles (+79.4%).

Information technologies in Kuban agroholding
The main objective - to adjust function of full control. A classical way of the agrocompanies - work on costs. The company learned to control expenses of diesel fuel, fertilizers, the means of protecting of plants (MPP). During building of production processes understood that detailed maps of fields, information processing from the satellite, packet data transmission of the processed information, permanent monitoring of crops using drones and many other things are necessary. Then the company set for itself other task, to reduce influence of a human factor - "digitize" knowledge and experience of agronomists[1].
Automated Workplace of the Agronomist (AWA)
In the company monitoring of work of agricultural machinery (a route, fuel consumption, technical condition) allowing to save up to 30% of fuel is used. The Kuban agroholding uses quadcopters for diagnostics of fields, with cameras of high resolution and meteosensors and also we work on the database of diseases of plants, actually switching to big data technologies.
Sensors are used in many processes. For holding at which disposal nearly 112 thousand hectares of lands are, the forecast only from the supplier of meteodata is not enough. The company weather on specific fields interests. To learn the exact weather report, in the company sensors which report such parameters as air temperature, the humidity level, existence of a rain and also speed and a trajectory of the movement of air masses, atmospheric pressure are used. Proceeding from data retrieveds, specialists of holding can predict more precisely weather conditions and receive results of rapid tests on qualitative indexes of the soil. Chemical analysis is carried out in special laboratories long ago. However the rapid tests which are carried out using sensors will allow to react to any changes more quickly.
Improvement of technology processes, automation and data collection is already the same ordinary as use of the modern tractor when processing the earth. The more sensors, stations, chips it is used in production the more precisely forecasts and the analysis is more correct. For example, use of RFID chips in livestock production.
The agroholding automated processes of harvesting, plowing, application of fertilizers, etc. Actually implementation of these projects does not influence number of staff. The company tries to raise the educational level of employees. If earlier they dug holes all day long, then now holes are dug by automatic equipment, and the personnel just manage the equipment remotely.
Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One
The Kuban agroholding one of the first in agricultural sector implements an industry ERP system in crop production. The company together with Borlas applied the specialized software package Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One. On its basis management, planning and control of processes of cultivation of crops are automated. I will remind that the land bank of holding makes more than 100,000 hectares. On these squares wheat, barley, soy, corn, sunflower and sugar beet are grown up.
For the purpose of improvement of management, implementation international agrarian the practician and the principles of "exact agriculture" and also improvement of technology processes of agroholding was and the decision on implementation of a new information system is made. The analysis of offers showed that in the market there are no ready-made domestic solutions functionally sufficient for the scale of activity of agroholding and at the same time providing the necessary depth and accuracy of automation taking into account industry requirements. Therefore as a basis of a system the complex of Oracle applications JD Edwards Enterprise One for agriculture was selected.
Agronomist's staff
The agronomist sticks the so-called "staff" equipped with sensors to the soil, and the device carries already out the analysis on key indicators, influencing the level of fertility of soil. It, first of all, determination of humidity, organic substances, hydrolytic acidity, rn salt extract (important indicator of agrochemical characteristic of the soil) and also level of nitrate and ammonium nitrogen, mobile forms of phosphorus and potassium.
The staff is also equipped with sensors GPS and GLONASS therefore specialists of agroholding can trace what fields the agronomist visited and on what else is not present as far as he manages to make a bypass of fields. Use of new technology will allow us to define in 2018 the maintenance of mobile forms of batteries of the soil, parameters of availability of batteries, such as pH value (rn), conductivity of soil solution (EU), oxidation-reduction capacity of the soil and also to define structure of the soil.
As mobile communication on fields of holding is not everywhere, we use technologies of packet data transmission in networks 2G. The equipment accumulates information and as soon as gets to a zone of a signal 2G then it transfers data to the server.
