The structure of Oleg Deripaska - PJSC Trekhgornaya Manufactory - bought the Rochdelskaya office center in Moscow for 2.88 billion rubles. This deal became known on January 9, 2024.

Their final owner is unknown, but, according to the publication, the Rochdelskaya business center could previously be owned by the structures of Andrei Yakubovsky.
Trekhgornaya Manufactory owns the office and trade complex of the same name for 140,000 square meters. m, which is located next to Rochdelskaya. One of the main offices of Bazel Deripaska is located there - Rochdelskaya may later house other companies included in the holding, which will optimize business processes, said Denis Platov, director of the capital markets department at Nikoliers. Deripaska's structure has long had plans for Rochdelskaya, adds CMWP partner Konstantin Lebedev.
BC "Rochdelskaya" is located in the Presnensky district of Moscow, not far from "Moscow City," the House of the Government of the Russian Federation and foreign embassies. The building has ground and underground parking.
As Kommersant notes in the issue of January 9, 2024, Oleg Deripaska's structures have not replenished their real estate portfolio for a long time. The long lack of active actions in the market could be caused by the expectation of the optimal moment for investment, says Victoria Petrova, director of the financial markets and investments department at NF Group. The expert considers the transaction amount of 2.88 billion rubles "adequate," taking into account the area and location of the business center. True, "the building is not the first freshness," added Konstantin Lebedev.[1]
