According to the results of the study, the choice was made in favor of the capital of the Chuvash Republic.

The center has created all the conditions for effective work and comfortable rest of people: ventilation and air conditioning systems are provided, there are meeting rooms, classrooms, a food reception area, as well as a specially equipped rest room.

Integration of Broadband Access BB assets into the NetByNet platform

In 2013, we began the active process of integrating all MegaFon's broadband access of banking assets into the NETBYNET platform. During the year, integration was carried out with YUGRATEL (Surgut, Khanty-Mansiysk, Pokachi, Yugorsk, Sovetsky, Nyagan) and Sinterra-Yug (Volgodonsk, Rostov-on-Don, Stavropol, Krasnodar). Company sold to MegaFon

Since June 10, 2011, NETBYNET has been a subsidiary and the main FShPD asset of MegaFon.

Negotiations on the sale of the company

On March 28, 2011, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) announced the satisfaction of the applications of Megafon and Mobile Telesystems (MTS) for the purchase of 100% of offshore shares from the British Virgin Islands Fairlie holding & finance. Offshore is the parent structure for the Netbynet group, which unites a number of Internet providers and alternative operators in Moscow and Central Russia. The petition from MTS was filed on behalf of the "daughter" of the operator - cable television holding "Multiregion"[3]

Netbynet CEO Vadim Kudrin and MTS press secretary Irina Osadchaya noted that filing petitions with the FAS was necessary to start negotiations, but a decision on the deal has not yet been made. Kudrin recalls that the company has long been considering a sale. Megafon did not comment on the progress of the negotiations. Rostelecom is also showing interest in Netbynet, a source in this operator told CNews. However, the representative of Rostelecom says that the petition to the FAS has not yet been sent.

After the purchase of Comstar - United TeleSystems, MTS became the leader of the Moscow Internet market, serving subscribers using ADSL technology under its own brand and under the MGTS trademark. According to IKS-Consulting analyst Konstantin Ankilov, the feasibility of acquiring Netbynet for MTS does not look so obvious: "Of course, you can increase your share from the current 30% to 40%, but it will be difficult to keep it."

Megafon entered the fixed-line market after the purchase of Sinterra in 2010. However, on the broadband access market, Megafon is presented only in the North-West through the former "daughter" of Synterra - the Peterstar company. Ankilov considers Megafon a more logical contender for Netbynet. 'The acquisition of this provider is almost the only opportunity for Megafon to get into the Moscow market, broadband access of the analyst said. - There are no large independent assets left in the capital: next to Netbynet from independent Internet providers - "GorCom" - serves only 70 thousand subscribers'.

The fourth largest Internet provider in Moscow

According to IKS-Consulting, Netbynet is the fourth largest after MTS, Vimpelcom (Beeline brand) and Akado Moscow Internet provider, having about 250 thousand subscribers in the capital (10% of the broadband Internet access market - broadband access). Taking into account the regions, the company's subscriber base is located in the region of 300 thousand (data from March 2011)

NetByNet provides broadband Internet access services using Metro Ethernet technology, as well as a digital television package (more than 100 channels), game portals, digital radio, local user network services, additional service services.

Internet access, virtual hosting (NewHost), co-location, system integration services are available for corporate NetByNet clients. The company's active growth is due to the absorption of small and medium sized Internetoperators, as well as the attraction of new customers.

NETBYNET integrates with OJSC Ugratel, and also enters the market of a new region for itself - Tver. Also at the moment, the merger and integration of the FGPD assets of MegaFon, previously part of the Sinterra Yug group (Volgodonsk, Rostov-on-Don, Stavropol, Krasnodar) continues. The integration of FGPF assets of MegaFon, which are part of the North-West branch of MegaFon, such as WebPlus and the Pskov GTS, as well as assets controlled by the Volga and Ural branches of MegaFon, is next in line.

NetByNet provides communication services in more than 80 cities in the six federal districts of the Russian Federation, including, Moscow,, Tver,, St. Petersburg,, Veliky Novgorod,, Vologda,, Kaliningrad,, Murmansk,, Cherepovets,, Belgorod,, Voronezh, and Kursk, Lipetsk Eagle Krasnodar Rostov-on-Don as well as Stavropol Cheboksary Yekaterinburg New Urengoy Surgut Vladivostok Nakhodka satellite cities.

2009: New investors

In 2009, the company attracted a new round of investments: Aton Capital Partners and media businessman, founder of the TV-3 TV channel Ivan Tavrin bought a 30% stake in Netbynet for $30 million. The proceeds were used by Netbynet to expand beyond the Moscow region, in particular, alternative operators Klin-Telecom and Inetera (in 2010) were acquired. The latter provides telephone communication and Internet access services in Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk and Orel under the Puzzle trademark. In addition, Netbynet bought another metropolitan provider - Tesontel.

2006

Gazprombank Parish

In 2006, Gazprombank acquired a 35% stake in Netbynet for $25 million, which made it possible to continue buying up providers. Altair, Sinet, Z-net, Smartlogic, 'Лефортово.нет', 'Realnet', Interwave Communications, Utech, as well as an alternative ORC operator serving corporate clients were acquired.

Creating a Company

Netbynet was created in 2006 to consolidate the capital's home networks. It includes more than a dozen Internet providers from various districts of Moscow: Ornet, Quadranet, Goldnet, Meridian, Goodline, Mpark, SunnyNet, FortunaNet, VesNet, Planet Telecom, Scornet, Izatonnet, Absnet, etc. Now the assets are combined on the basis of No Buy No Holding LLC, which provides Internet access services via Ethernet, pay-TV and telephony technology.
