On September 18, 2019, Sberbank announced that the active audience of the Sberbank Online mobile application exceeded 50 million people - so many people enter the application monthly. Most of Sberbank Online's users are Russians (47 million). The remaining 3 million users are citizens of more than 150 countries of the world.
The fastest growth in the audience of the application for the year is observed among customers over 45 years old (+ 61%) and under 20 years old (+ 41%). The increase in users aged 20 to 45 years was 29%.
Deposits in Sberbank Online are most often opened by 20-29-year-olds - they account for 33%. And loans are most issued by 30-39-year-olds - 47%.
Women more actively use the banking services of the application - they draw up almost 60% of all loans and deposits. At the same time, the share of women among the active audience of the application does not significantly exceed the share of men - 55% versus 45%.
The daily active audience of the Sberbank Online application reached 20 million customers. Over the year, the average number of inputs per user increased from 19 to 25 times a month.
More than 2.2 million legal entities-clients of Sberbank make payments in electronic form
On June 5, 2019, Sberbank announced that it had transferred 99.98% of its payments online, and more than 2.2 million customers use them. On November 6, 2018, Sberbank reported that the audience of users of the Sberbank Online mobile application grew by 47 percent over the year and exceeded 40 million people.
On average, users of the Sberbank Online mobile application make more than 15.3 million transactions per day, which is 74% more than a year ago. 2023: Brokerage account in Sber became available online in SberBusiness
On September 25, 2023, Sberbank provided corporate clients with the opportunity to open an online brokerage account with the SberBusiness Internet bank. This makes it much easier for legal entities to obtain brokerage services, including the most popular corporate liquidity management operations in this segment.
Almost half of the corporate clients of the Sberbank brokerage platform, and their number is already measured in thousands, are active users, which confirms the significant interest of legal entities in the securities market.
