Tinkoff Development Center was created not only for in-house development, but also for R & D. This is a key center in the company that tests all ideas. For successful products, we register copyrights, receive patents and begin to offer them in foreign markets, - told TAdviser in the company about the principles of their work. |
In mid-2019, Tinkoff Development Center has a set of its own software products: for example, Tinkoff VoiceKit - speech technologies that can be used by companies to create their own voice assistants, robots to automate the operation of the call center, build a voice analytics system for transcribed texts, in call centers to control the operation of operators and for a number of other purposes.

Tinkoff is confident that the stories with the acquisition of ready-made vendor solutions, their support and revision, often many years old, are losing their relevance.
We see and ourselves support the trend, when increasingly development is carried out either to order or within the company. This often reduces time-to-market and allows you to use an iterative approach in deliveries, and the products themselves better meet business requirements, the company explained to TAdviser. |
Tinkoff believes that the development of this trend is also facilitated by the development of technologies that provide more and more space for the implementation of products based on individual components instead of monoliths with a long production cycle and poorly predicted delivery times.
More and more companies are developing in-house, we see confirmation of this in the labor market, the demand for developers, analysts, testers and other participants in the development process has been steadily growing in recent years, Tinkoff says. |
