2025: Yandex Platform Purchase

Yandex has completed the acquisition of the Dikidi platform, which provides tools for automating business in the service sector, including online customer recording and schedule management. This was announced on December 23, 2025 by the press service of Yandex.

The Dikidi platform is used by beauty salons, fitness rooms, car washes, car repair shops, co-working spaces and private craftsmen across the country. The system allows you to record customers online, manage work schedules, and automate business processes. The platform is used by more than 120 thousand businesses.

The deal will allow Yandex to offer small and medium-sized businesses specializing in services effective solutions for growth and development. Dikidi will be able to scale the platform using Yandex technologies and infrastructure. Customers will receive new convenient scenarios for finding and booking services, including using the voice assistant "Alice."

After the deal closes, Dikidi will retain its brand and team. Customers will be able to accept orders in the usual mode, manage the schedule and use other features of the service. Maintaining the brand will ensure continuity for existing platform users.

Yandex will expand the platform's capabilities with an effective customer attraction system based on in-depth analysis of customer business data. The company integrates fintech and AI-based products for business into the platform. This will create a comprehensive ecosystem for entrepreneurs.

Daniil Yevtushenko, head of Yandex's small business development department, said that according to the company's estimates, by 2028 the volume of the service market, where online recording is in demand, will reach almost ₽4 trillion. According to him, the Dikidi team has created an excellent product, which is already used by more than 120 thousand businesses.

The Dikidi platform provides tools for recording customers over the Internet without the need for phone calls. Recording automation reduces the burden on staff and eliminates errors in manual scheduling. Customers can choose their own convenient time to visit.[1]
