2025: Building a Company

Ozon The Internet retailer has registered the management company LLC UK "Ozon Asset Management" to expand the range of financial services as part of the development of the fintech direction. The new legal entity was established on July 30, 2025 with an authorized capital of ₽20 million, and its 100% owner is Ozone Capital LLC, which unites most of the group's financial services. This was announced by the company on July 31, 2025.

According to Interfax, the main activity of the created management company is fund management. Ozon Capital LLC belongs to the parent structure of Ozon Holding LLC and consolidates the fintech assets of the marketplace.

Representatives of the Ozon press service noted that over the past year and a half, the group has significantly expanded its line of financial services for customers. All financial products are combined under the holding structure of the fintech "Ozone Capital."

The fintech vertical includes legal entities of the bank, a microcredit company and a leasing organization. The company continues to explore promising areas and registers new enterprises for the possibility of rapid implementation of projects when interesting opportunities for development appear.

Ozon Capital LLC combines the following fintech assets:

• Ozone Bank.
• IBC "Ozone Credit."
• "Ozone Leasing."
• Ozone Invest.
• "The Ozone of Financial Solution."
• "Ozone Financial Technology."

The financial results of the holding structure demonstrate steady growth. Net profit of Ozone Capital in 2024 increased 2.9 times and reached ₽16,2 billion. The number of active clients of the fintech division increased 1.6 times to 30.3 million people.

The volume of customer funds in current accounts, deposits and deposits amounted to ₽193,5 billion. These indicators confirm the successful development of the financial direction of the marketplace and the growing trust of users in Ozon banking products.^[1]
