2026: Creation of a Digital Financial Asset Operator

Evan Golovanov, an expert on finance and investments, founder of the Multiplier financial club, believes that the initial small size of the management company may raise questions from customers. However, Ozon has the potential to become a significant competitor in the market due to new products and attractive conditions. Dmitry Tselishchev, Managing Director of the Rick-Trust investment company, believes that Ozon's proposals may be of interest to both private and corporate investors, although risks, including internal and market factors, remain.

According to the Refinance portal, in the second quarter of 2025, Ozone Bank attracted more than 340 billion rubles from customers, which is four times higher than in the same period of the previous year.^[1][2]
