Limitless startup founded in 2016 from London is a developer of a cloud service which is focused on change of methods of interaction of business with consumers. 2021: Attraction of $10 million investments

At the beginning of February, 2021 Limitless startup proposing the solution for smart technical support of products announced attraction of financing in the amount of $10 million. The investment round of series B headed Redline Capital fund (belongs to the main beneficiary of AFK "Sistema" Vladimir Yevtushenkov). Also Genesys, AlbionVC and Unilever Ventures took part in the transaction.

In addition to attraction of financial resources, Limitless at the beginning of February, 2021 also concluded new technology partnership with Genesys within which integration of Genesys Cloud into the Limitless GigCX platform will take place. Cooperation assumes use of artificial intelligence of Genesis for forecasting and consolidation of the resources necessary for the solution of requests of clients irrespective of whether they are processed by the expert of Limitless, the agent of contact center or even a bot.

It is expected that the combined solution will allow the enterprises to scale easily resources in employment periods and to provide more 24/7 quick response. Genesys AI supports work in the background that provides uninterrupted interaction between clients, experts, the staff of contact center.

Experts in brands, from Windows specialists to the stylists loving L’Oréal products and experienced owners of eBay shops, act as customer service experts on the Limitless GigCX platform, expanding audience of the represented brands, developers note.[1]
