2022: Medsi bought Health ABC MRI clinic

In September 2022, it became known about the sale of the MRI ABC Health clinic in Moscow to the Medsi group. The company did not disclose the value of the transaction.

Health ABC MRI is a clinic opened in 2021 under the Medsi franchise. About 50 million rubles were invested in it.

The Medsi franchise program was developed in 2019. The Health Clinic was the first to enter this program in March 2020. The medical center is located in Gamsonovsky Lane in Moscow, the volume of investments amounted to 70 million rubles. In June 2021, the second franchise point appeared in the capital - on Prague Street. The partner was the Professional Medical League company, which invested 100 million rubles in the project. The third participant in the program was the "MRI of the ABC of Health."
