At the end of April 2022, it became known about the sale of the Labdiagnostika network to the Medsi group of companies. This is evidenced by the data of the SPARK-Interfax system. The value of the transaction is not disclosed.

The head of the analytical department of AMarkets Artem Deyev said that the field of private medical services and laboratories is actively developing throughout the country. Medsi is one of the largest participants in this sphere precisely due to the active absorption of regional structures. So the company provides a wide presence in the regions of the Russian Federation.

The Perm network turned out to be interesting for Medsi due to the number of points and the developed client base. All this will automatically go to the all-Russian company, which will expand the list of services, "said Artem Deyev in a conversation with Kommersant.
