JSC MGTS, "subsidiary" of MTS mobile operator, consolidated 100% of research company "Intellect-Telecom" (November, 2013 of ITAR-TASS). The asset is faced by a task to develop an investment strategy which will allow is balanced to use investments into the mobile and fixed infrastructure within group of MTS. Earlier the Federal Antimonopoly Service permitted MGTS to redeem 50.046% of the shares "Intellekt-Telekoma" from Sitronics which consolidated previously all packet.
2015
In January, 2015 Intellect-Telecom - the company which is engaged in carrying out research works in the field of telecommunications sold to MGTS AFK "Sistema" for 344 million rubles of 49.9% of stocks. The controlling stake of this company is owned by Sitronics.
The press service of MTS explained that Intellect-Telecom was necessary for MGTS for work on transfer of network on technology of passive optics of GPON. The main stage of construction of this network is completed therefore on service of network it is logical to function to transfer to outsourcing.
